SAJI knife, made by Takeshi Saji. He is Echizen blacksmith. Echizen (Takefu-city, Fukui Pref. today) is well known as area of cutlery about 700 years of history in Japan. Takeshi is a third generation blacksmith and is a leading maker of outdoor custom knives in Japanese style, who also creating unique kitchen knives with ingenious ideas and traditional technology. A material of this knife is SRS13 which is one of the hardest steel materials used for a knife.
