This Master Package includes our Lock Miter Jr. Router Bit (55-502) – designed to work with stock from 3/8″ to 3/4″ thick) and our Lock Miter Sr. Router Bit (55-503) that cuts perfect 45° joints in stock from 3/4″ to 1-3/16″ thick.

Lock Miter Master Jigs

Our patented Lock Miter Master Jigs are a precisely-machined setup aid for use with lock miter router bits in your router table. Unlike setup blocks, the Lock Miter Master Jigs allow you to set the fence position and router bit height for the specific piece of wood you’re working with. The Lock Miter Master Jigs require virtually no test cuts. With these jigs you can quickly and easily set the proper bit height and fence position for precise-fitting lock miter joints. The jigs attach securely to the lock miter router bit with rare-earth magnets. They are precision-milled with laser-engraved reference lines that make it easy to set the bit and fence for perfect cuts.

Included in this set are two Lock Master Jigs that pair with the Lock Miter Sr. & Jr. bits. for materials from 3/8″ to 3/4″ (LMM-002) and for 3/4″ to 1-3/16″ stock (LMM-003).
