First-stage dust separators have been around for a long time.  But often they incorporate expensive components, pieces and parts that make them costly for what they are.

We have a solution!  When you pair our 115-279 dust separator with your own five-gallon bucket you’ll get a very cost-effective fix to the problem.  To help matters, we offer this precision CNC milled 3/4″ thick MDF lid stiffener, our 115-278 for the lid of your pail.  Attach it to the lid, cut out the center hole and you’ll have a robust mounting location for our separator.   It’s as simple and cost-effective as can be and will keep your separator in use for a long time to come.
