We C.N.C. machine the 1/2″ thick MDF templates so will act as precision guides for your router as you trace them to create repeatable tray designs again and again. Come come with pre-drilled and countersunk mounting holes to make attaching to your work piece a fast, solid solution without needing to rely on double-sided tape.

  NOTE:

  Our router template shapes take up most of the space on their 15-1/2” by 15-1/2” plates.  We recommend you make your blanks to match the size of our plates so that you have enough room to cut the shapes out and still have strong and thick side walls.  This way your trays will last you for years to come.
