Purpose: 1/2″ PEX expansion rings are designed to be used in conjunction with a PEX expansion (expander) tool when installing 1/2″ PEX-A type tubing and expansion style brass or poly PEX fittings.
Secure Connection: Made to ASTM F1960 standard. CSA B 137.5, NSF Certified.
High Quality: Produced using PEX-A material. Constructed of cross-linked polyethylene. Engineered with a bevel along the leading edge to ease pipe insertion and an integrated stop to ensure proper placement of the sleeve.
Versatility: Compatible with Uponor/Wirsbo hePEX & AquaPEX, Sioux Chief, Mr. PEX, Rehau and other PEX-A tubing brands.
Applications: F1960 PEX expansion rings are commonly used with residential cold and hot water supply lines, radiant heat and cooling systems, fire suppression systems and ice melting systems.
